On Fluffy/Soft Roller heads, the front roller stops spinning and the head may flash red; vacuum may show a brush icon.

Safety: Remove the battery and detach the soft roller head before servicing.

• Remove soft roller: Release the side latch or end cap and slide the soft roller out.
• Clean roller: Remove hair, threads, and debris. If the roller is stained with liquids, wipe with a slightly damp cloth and allow to dry completely.
• Check end caps: Spin the roller ends by hand. Clean any hair or dust from the bearing areas.
• Inspect housing: Look inside the head for lodged objects and clear them.
• Reassemble and test: Refit the roller and end cap until they click. If the roller still does not spin and the head flashes red, the internal motor or PCB in the head is likely faulty and the head should be replaced.
