Possible Causes
Brush bar clogged unevenly with hair, Soft roller deformed, Motor fan imbalance, Foreign object stuck in brush housing
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Remove the battery before working on rotating parts.
- Clean brush bar: Remove the brush bar and clear all hair and debris, especially from one side that may be heavier.
- Inspect roller shape: Check soft rollers for flat spots or deformation; replace if misshapen.
- Test without head: Run the vacuum without the cleaner head. If vibration disappears, the head is at fault; if not, the motor may be imbalanced.
- Replace faulty part: Replace the vibrating cleaner head or, if the motor itself vibrates, have the motor assembly replaced by a technician.
