Possible Causes
Battery too cold, Battery too hot, Faulty temperature sensor in battery pack, Extreme ambient storage conditions
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Do not attempt to charge a very cold or very hot battery.
Steps to try:
- Normalize temperature: Bring the vacuum and battery indoors to a room-temperature environment (15–25°C / 59–77°F) and let them sit for at least 1–2 hours.
- Avoid direct heat: Do not place the battery near heaters or in direct sunlight to warm it quickly. Allow it to warm or cool naturally.
- Retry operation: After the rest period, reinstall the battery and attempt to run the vacuum. If the error clears, resume normal use.
- Persistent error: If E14 persists at normal room temperature, the battery's internal temperature sensor may be faulty. Replace the battery pack.
