E1
Cordless vacuum will not power on; battery indicator LEDs remain off even when pressing the power trigger.
Main Power-On Failure
E10
Vacuum shows E10 or a ten-blink pattern and will not charge when placed on the wall mount or dock.
Charging Dock / Power Supply Fault
E11
Vacuum runs only on low power; switching to MAX or turbo mode triggers E11 and shuts the unit down.
High-Power Mode Overcurrent / Battery Voltage Sag
E12
Vacuum displays E12 and the brushroll will not engage when the floor head is attached.
Nozzle Communication / Brushroll Sensor Error
E13
Vacuum shows E13 and shuts down when the dust cup is removed or not fully latched.
Dust Cup Presence / Seal Sensor Error
E14
Vacuum displays E14 and will not start after being stored in a very cold or very hot environment.
Battery Temperature Range Protection
E15
Vacuum shows E15 and the LED display is dim or flickering; unit may shut off randomly.
Low Voltage / Power Supply Instability
E2
Cordless vacuum powers on briefly then shuts off within a few seconds; battery LEDs may flash twice repeatedly.
Overcurrent / Motor Overload Protection
E3
Cordless vacuum runs but suction is very weak; an E3 indicator or three flashing LEDs appear when switching to high power.
Restricted Airflow / Suction Loss Protection
E4
Brushroll in motorized floor nozzle stops spinning; an E4 indicator or four flashing LEDs appear when trying to use carpet mode.
Brushroll Overload / Jam Protection
E5
Battery indicator flashes rapidly and the vacuum will not start; E5 or five quick flashes appear when pressing the trigger.
Battery Pack Overheat / Overtemperature Protection
E6
Battery LEDs flash in a repeating pattern and the charger will not charge the battery; E6 or error light on charger.
Battery Pack Fault / Cell Imbalance
E7
Vacuum shuts off and displays an E7 or seven-blink pattern when filters are dirty or missing.
Filter Detection / Overheat Due to Restricted Airflow
E8
Vacuum runs for only a few seconds and then stops with an E8 or eight-blink pattern; body feels hot to the touch.
Motor Thermal Cutoff Activation
E9
LED display or indicator shows E9 and the vacuum will not start; often after a drop or impact.
Internal Communication / Sensor Error
Symptom
Battery appears to charge very quickly (within minutes) and the vacuum runs only for a short time before stopping.
Severely Degraded Battery Capacity
Symptom
Brushroll does not spin, but suction is present; no error code shown.
Brushroll Drive Failure
Symptom
Cordless vacuum will not turn on at all; no lights, no sound, even with a seemingly charged battery.
Complete Power Failure
Symptom
Dust or debris leaks from around the dust cup or joints during use.
Air and Dust Leakage
Symptom
LED battery indicator does not light during charging, but the vacuum still charges and runs.
Battery Indicator LED / Display Fault
Symptom
Vacuum cannot stand securely on the wall mount; it falls or does not latch properly.
Mounting / Docking Mechanical Issue
Symptom
Vacuum emits a burning smell or hot plastic odor during or after use.
Overheating Motor or Brushroll
Symptom
Vacuum handle or body becomes uncomfortably hot to the touch during normal use.
Excessive Motor Heat Transfer
Symptom
Vacuum leaves lines of debris behind the floor nozzle or spits debris back out.
Nozzle Pickup Inefficiency
Symptom
Vacuum makes a loud high-pitched whine or grinding noise during operation.
Motor or Brushroll Bearing Wear
Symptom
Vacuum makes a rattling noise inside the dust cup area when running.
Loose Debris or Component in Cyclone/Dust Cup
Symptom
Vacuum powers on but shuts off after 5–20 seconds of use with no error code displayed.
Intermittent Power Loss / Protection Trip
Symptom
Vacuum produces an unpleasant musty or dusty odor when running.
Contaminated Filters and Dust Path
Symptom
Vacuum runs but blows dust out of the exhaust vent.
Filter Bypass or Failure
Symptom
Vacuum runs but performance drops significantly when using certain attachments (e.g., crevice tool, upholstery tool).
Attachment Airflow Restriction or Leak
Symptom
Vacuum runs but suction is very weak or inconsistent; debris remains on the floor.
General Suction Loss
Symptom
Vacuum runs but the LED headlight on the motorized nozzle does not illuminate.
Nozzle LED Failure
Symptom
Vacuum runs only in short bursts when the trigger is held; power cuts in and out rapidly.
Trigger Switch or Control Logic Fault
Symptom
Vacuum shuts off when tilted to certain angles or when used above the head.
Position-Sensitive Connection or Sensor Issue
Symptom
Vacuum vibrates excessively or rattles when the brushroll is engaged.
Mechanical Imbalance in Brushroll or Nozzle
Symptom
Vacuum will not charge when placed on the wall mount, but charges when connected directly to the battery (if supported).
Wall Mount / Dock Connection Failure
Symptom
Vacuum’s runtime is significantly shorter than specified even with a new battery.
