Vacuum leaves lines of debris behind the floor nozzle or spits debris back out.

Possible Causes
Brushroll clogged with hair, Worn brushroll bristles, Blocked nozzle intake, Damaged nozzle base plate or squeegee
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the floor nozzle before servicing.
Steps to try:
- Clean brushroll: Remove the brushroll and cut away hair and fibers. Ensure the bristles are not matted down.
- Inspect base plate: Check the bottom plate and front squeegee or lip for warping or damage. A bent plate can prevent proper pickup.
- Clear nozzle intake: Look into the nozzle's suction opening and remove any lodged debris.
- Replace worn brushroll: If bristles are significantly worn or uneven, replace the brushroll with a Eureka-compatible part.
