Possible Causes
Loose connector between sensor board and main PCB, Faulty airflow or temperature sensor module, Corroded sensor contacts due to moisture, Firmware glitch on control PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery pack before opening any covers. Do not use liquids near electronic boards.
- 1. Power reset: Remove the battery for at least 5 minutes, then reinstall and test. This can clear transient communication errors.
- 2. Dry the unit: If the vacuum was recently used in a humid environment or near liquids, let it dry in a warm, dry room for 24 hours before retrying.
- 3. Check for visible moisture: Remove the dust bin and filters. Look for condensation or water droplets near the sensor ports. Do not power the unit until fully dry.
- 4. If E13 persists: The internal sensor module or main PCB may be defective. Accessing and replacing these components requires opening the main body and should be done by a service center.
