E08
Charging does not start; charger LED blinks and the vacuum display shows E08 or a plug/charger error icon.
Charging Circuit / Dock Communication Fault
E09
Vacuum display shows E09 or a filter icon with an exclamation mark; suction is reduced.
Filter Blockage / Airflow Sensor Fault
E10
LEDs or display show E10 and the vacuum shuts down when the motorized brush is attached.
Accessory Overcurrent / Short-Circuit Protection
E11
Display shows E11 or a dust bin icon; vacuum refuses to start or runs only briefly.
Dust Container Not Seated / Bin Presence Sensor Fault
E12
Vacuum shows E12 or a lock icon; unit will not start after being opened for maintenance.
Safety Interlock / Housing Not Closed Fault
E13
Vacuum displays E13 or a sensor icon; suction and brush appear normal but the error persists.

E14
Vacuum shows E14 and runs only for a few seconds before shutting off, even with a new battery.
Overcurrent / Short in Main Motor Circuit
E15
Vacuum shows E15 or a Wi-Fi/cloud icon (on smart models); app cannot connect to the vacuum.
Wireless Module / Connectivity Fault
Symptom
Accessory tools (crevice tool, upholstery brush) do not stay attached and fall off during use.
Accessory Retention / Clip Wear
Symptom
Battery appears to charge but runtime is very short (only a few minutes).
Battery Capacity Degradation
Symptom
Dust escapes from the vacuum exhaust, causing visible dust clouds.
Filter Bypass / HEPA Filter Failure
Symptom
Fine dust accumulates around the bin seal and leaks onto the vacuum body.
Dust Bin Seal Leakage
Symptom
Fine dust appears to bypass the cyclone and collect directly on the pre-motor filter.
Cyclone Separation Inefficiency
Symptom
Handheld unit becomes very hot to touch near the motor area during normal use.
Insufficient Cooling / Airflow Obstruction
Symptom
Handheld unit rattles internally when shaken; performance may be affected.
Loose Internal Component / Broken Plastic Baffle
Symptom
LED headlight on the motorized floor nozzle does not turn on, but the brush still spins.
Nozzle LED Circuit Failure
Symptom
Turbo or boost button does nothing; vacuum only runs in normal mode.
Turbo Mode Switch / Control Fault
Symptom
Vacuum cannot be detached from the wall-mounted charging bracket easily; it feels stuck.

Symptom
Vacuum does not respond to trigger-style on/off control (for models with trigger).
Trigger Switch / Control Fault
Symptom
Vacuum emits a burning smell during use.
Overheating Motor or Brush Drive
Symptom
Vacuum has very weak suction even though the motor sounds normal.
