Possible Causes
Dirty or damp filters, Dust bin not cleaned regularly, Pet hair and dander buildup, Mold growth in bin or filters
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery pack before cleaning. Do not use harsh chemicals on filters.
- 1. Empty and wash bin: Remove the dust container and wash it with mild soap and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- 2. Clean or replace filters: Wash washable filters as per the manual and let them dry for at least 24 hours. Replace non-washable filters with new Grundig filters.
- 3. Check for damp storage: Ensure the vacuum is stored in a dry area and that filters are never reinstalled while damp.
- 4. Repeat cleaning: Persistent odors may require a second thorough cleaning cycle.
