Possible Causes
Worn brush bristles, Blocked suction channel in floor nozzle, Height of nozzle too high for carpet, Partial blockage at nozzle neck
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery pack before working on the floor nozzle.
- 1. Clean brush roll: Remove the brush roll from the nozzle. Cut away hair and fibers. Clean the bristles thoroughly.
- 2. Check bristle wear: If the bristles are very short or flattened, replace the brush roll with a new Grundig brush compatible with your model.
- 3. Clear nozzle channel: Inspect the suction channel behind the brush roll and at the neck of the nozzle. Remove any compacted dust or objects.
- 4. Adjust cleaning mode: Use the appropriate power mode and, if available, carpet setting on the nozzle to improve pickup.
