Vacuum has very weak suction even though the motor sounds normal.

Safety first: Remove the battery pack before clearing blockages.

• 1. Empty and clean bin: Remove the dust container and empty it. Tap out compacted dust from the cyclone cone and mesh screen.
• 2. Check for clogs: Look through the wand, nozzle, and handheld inlet. Use a flexible brush or non-sharp rod to push out any blockages.
• 3. Inspect seals: Examine the rubber gasket around the dust bin and cyclone. If it is torn, flattened, or missing, replace the gasket or the entire dust container assembly.
• 4. Check for cracks: Look for hairline cracks in the bin or cyclone housing that could cause air leaks. Replace damaged parts with genuine Grundig components.
