Possible Causes
Uneven hair build-up on brush roll, Bent brush roll shaft, Damaged or missing brush strip, Debris stuck in one side of nozzle
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery pack and detach the floor nozzle.
- 1. Remove brush roll: Take out the brush roll and clean all hair and fibers from the entire length, including end caps.
- 2. Check straightness: Roll the brush on a flat surface. If it wobbles, the shaft is bent and the brush roll should be replaced.
- 3. Inspect brush strips: Ensure all bristle strips are intact and evenly worn. Replace the brush roll if any strip is missing or severely worn.
- 4. Clean nozzle cavity: Remove any packed dust or objects from one side of the nozzle that could cause imbalance.
