Vacuum will not stand securely on the charging dock or does not align with charging contacts.

Safety first: Unplug the charging dock from the mains before adjusting or remounting.

• 1. Check mounting: Ensure the dock is mounted at the correct height and level according to the Grundig installation guide.
• 2. Inspect contacts: Look at the metal contacts on the dock and vacuum. If bent, gently straighten them with a non-metallic tool.
• 3. Test fit: Place the vacuum on the dock and verify it sits flush and stable. Adjust the dock position if necessary.
• 4. Replace dock: If the plastic housing is cracked or warped, replace the charging dock with a genuine Grundig part.
