Vacuum makes loud rattling or grinding noises from the floor head.

Safety first: Remove the battery pack and detach the floor nozzle.

• 1. Open nozzle: Remove the bottom plate and take out the brush roll.
• 2. Inspect bearings: Spin the brush roll by hand. If it grinds or wobbles, replace the brush roll assembly.
• 3. Check for debris: Remove any small stones, hard plastic pieces, or other debris from the housing and around the motor/gearbox area.
• 4. Tighten screws: Check all visible screws on the nozzle housing and tighten gently.
• 5. If noise persists: The internal gearbox or brush motor is likely damaged. Replace the entire motorized floor nozzle assembly.
