Brush bar spins but there is poor pickup of debris from carpets

Safety first: Remove the battery pack before working on the floor head.

Step-by-step:

• 1. Inspect bristles: Turn the floor head over and examine the brush bar. If the bristles are worn down, uneven, or matted with hair, performance will drop.
• 2. Clean the brush bar: Remove hair and fibres with scissors and a comb. Ensure the bristles stand proud of the brush bar body.
• 3. Check suction channel: Look behind the brush bar into the suction channel for blockages and remove any debris.
• 4. Use correct tool: Ensure you are using the motorised Henry cordless floor head on carpets, not a hard floor or upholstery tool.

If the bristles are visibly worn or the brush bar is damaged, replace the brush bar or the entire floor head assembly with a genuine Henry cordless part.
