Battery Pack Protection Trip

E10

Vacuum will not start, beeps repeatedly with E10 or flashing pattern when trigger is pulled

Trigger / Safety Interlock Fault

E2

Vacuum stops during use, red fault light and E2 indication, motor will not restart until cooled

Motor Overheat Protection Trip

E3

Vacuum runs for a few seconds then stops, E3 or flashing red/amber LEDs, especially when using motorised floor head

Overcurrent / Motor Stall Protection

E4

Battery will not charge, charger LED flashes error pattern or E4 shown on handle display (if fitted)

Battery Charging Fault

E5

Vacuum powers on but suction motor does not start, E5 or continuous red LED on body

Motor Start Failure / Motor Driver Fault

Motorised floor head does not spin but suction works, E6 or brush icon flashing on handle

Brush Motor / Floor Head Fault

LED display or indicator lights dead, vacuum otherwise appears to run or intermittently cuts out

Handle Control / Display Communication Fault

Vacuum shuts down immediately when high power mode is selected, E8 or rapid red LED flashing

High Power Mode Overcurrent / Battery Protection

Vacuum runs but battery indicator behaves erratically (jumps from full to empty, flashes E9), unit may cut out unexpectedly
