LED battery indicator on the vacuum does not match actual run time

Safety first: Use only the original Henry cordless charger.

Step-by-step:

• 1. Perform a full charge: Charge the battery until the charger indicates full, then leave it connected for an additional hour.
• 2. Full discharge: Use the vacuum continuously in low mode until it stops on low battery.
• 3. Repeat cycle: Perform one or two full charge/discharge cycles to help the gauge recalibrate.

If the indicator remains inaccurate and run time is also reduced, the battery pack may be degraded and should be replaced.
