• 3. Check for blockages: Inspect the hose, wand, and tools for partial blockages that could increase motor load.
• 4. Test in low vs high mode: With a fully charged battery and clean filters, run the vacuum in low mode for a few minutes, then switch to high. If it only fails in high mode, the battery may be degraded.
• 5. Try a second battery (if available): If the vacuum works normally in high mode with another battery, replace the original battery pack.

When to stop: If E8 persists with a known-good battery and clear airflow, the motor or control PCB is likely faulty and should be checked by a technician.
