Possible Causes

Loose handle PCB connector, Damaged handle control PCB, Broken wiring between handle and main body, Moisture ingress into handle electronics

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Remove the battery pack before inspecting the handle. Do not use the vacuum if there are signs of liquid inside the electronics.

Step-by-step:

  • 1. Inspect the handle: Check for cracks, impact damage, or signs of liquid spills around the power button and display area.
  • 2. Dry out (if recently exposed to moisture): If the handle has been exposed to light moisture, leave the unit in a warm, dry room for 24–48 hours with the battery removed. Do not use heat guns or hairdryers.
  • 3. Check for intermittent operation: Refit the battery and gently flex the handle while the unit is ON. If the motor cuts in and out, there may be a broken internal wire or PCB fault.

When to stop: Opening the handle to access the control PCB and wiring is not recommended for untrained users. If E7 or dead indicators persist, the handle assembly or control PCB will need professional diagnosis and likely replacement.
