Charger LED does not light when battery is connected, battery does not charge

Safety: Unplug the charger before inspecting the cable or plug.

• Test outlet: Plug another device into the same outlet to confirm power.
• Inspect charger: Look for damage to the plug, cable, or connector. If damaged, do not use.
• Try another charger: If possible, test your battery on another Hoover H-Free charger.
• Replace charger: If the battery charges on another charger, replace your original with a genuine Hoover H-Free charger.
