Floorhead lights (if fitted) do not turn on, but brush bar still spins

Safety: Remove the battery and detach the floorhead.

• Check connections: Ensure the floorhead is fully connected to the wand and main unit.
• Inspect for damage: Look for cracks or impact damage on the floorhead that may have broken the LED circuit.
• Functionality check: Since suction and brush still work, this is a cosmetic issue only.
• Replace floorhead if needed: If lighting is important, replace the Hoover H-Free motorised floorhead assembly, as LEDs are not usually user-serviceable.
