Possible Causes
Completely discharged battery, Faulty battery pack, Faulty charger, Failed main control PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Inspect the charger and battery for signs of overheating or damage before use.
- Check charger output: Connect the charger and look for its indicator light. If none, test another outlet or replace the charger.
- Charge battery fully: Leave the battery on charge for at least 3–5 hours.
- Test with another battery (if available): If the vacuum works with a different H-Free battery, your original battery is faulty.
- Inspect battery contacts: Clean the contacts on both the battery and vacuum with a dry cloth.
- Service main unit: If a known-good battery does not power the unit and no LEDs light, the main PCB or internal wiring has failed and requires professional repair.
