Possible Causes
Shorted LED strip in floor nozzle, Damaged wiring in wand, Blown accessory power fuse on main PCB, Corroded accessory contacts
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the wand and nozzle before inspection.
- Check contacts: Inspect the electrical contacts at both ends of the wand and on the nozzle. Clean with a dry cloth and ensure they are not bent or recessed.
- Test without wand: If your model allows direct connection of the nozzle to the main body, try that configuration. If LEDs work directly but not through the wand, the wand wiring is suspect.
- Inspect nozzle LEDs (advanced): Open the nozzle housing and visually inspect the LED strip and wiring for burn marks or broken solder joints.
- Replace faulty parts: If the LED strip is visibly damaged or shorted, replace the nozzle assembly or LED module. If no power is present at the nozzle contacts even with a known‑good nozzle, the main PCB accessory power circuit may be damaged.
