Possible Causes
Stuck power or mode button, Moisture ingress into control panel, Damaged keypad flex cable, Faulty main PCB button interface
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and do not operate the vacuum if there is visible moisture.
- Dry the unit: If the vacuum was exposed to moisture, let it dry in a warm, dry room for at least 24 hours with the battery removed.
- Inspect buttons: Check that the power and mode buttons move freely and are not jammed by dirt. Clean around them with a dry brush.
- Soft reset: With the battery removed, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to discharge residual power, then reinstall the battery and test.
- Internal inspection (advanced): If comfortable, open the main body and check the keypad flex cable connection to the PCB. Reseat if loose.
- Replace control panel: If E15 persists and buttons do not respond, the control panel or main PCB may need replacement.
