Handheld mode works, but when the wand and floor nozzle are attached, suction is very weak.

Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the wand and nozzle.

• Test handheld only: Confirm strong suction at the handheld unit alone.
• Check wand: Look through the wand and clear any obstructions.
• Inspect nozzle: Remove debris from the nozzle inlet and internal channels.
• Check for cracks and seal issues: Replace the wand or nozzle if cracked or if seals are damaged.
