Vacuum leaves dust and debris on the floor even though suction seems normal.

Safety first: Turn OFF and remove the battery before inspecting the nozzle.

• Inspect brush roll: Check bristles for wear or flattening. Replace the brush roll if bristles are short or deformed.
• Clean nozzle: Remove any hair or debris blocking the nozzle inlet or around the brush roll.
• Check seals: Inspect the rubber lip and seals on the bottom of the nozzle. Replace if torn or missing.
• Use correct mode: Ensure the vacuum is in the appropriate mode for carpet or hard floors as specified by Insignia.
