Dust and debris are left on the floor after vacuuming, even though suction feels normal.

Safety first: Remove the battery before inspecting the floor head.

• Check brush bristles: Inspect the brush roll. If bristles are worn down, uneven, or missing, replace the brush roll assembly.
• Clear front intake: Clean the front edge and suction opening of the floor head. Remove any lint or fibers blocking the intake.
• Verify mode setting: If your OKP model has a hard floor/carpet switch, ensure it is set correctly for the surface.
• Inspect wheels: Make sure the floor head wheels spin freely and are not jammed with hair, which can raise the head off the floor.
