Dust and debris are left on the floor after vacuuming, even though suction feels normal.

Possible Causes
Worn brush bristles, Incorrect floor mode (hard floor vs carpet), Blocked front intake on floor head, Floor head wheels not rolling freely
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before inspecting the floor head.
- Check brush bristles: Inspect the brush roll. If bristles are worn down, uneven, or missing, replace the brush roll assembly.
- Clear front intake: Clean the front edge and suction opening of the floor head. Remove any lint or fibers blocking the intake.
- Verify mode setting: If your OKP model has a hard floor/carpet switch, ensure it is set correctly for the surface.
- Inspect wheels: Make sure the floor head wheels spin freely and are not jammed with hair, which can raise the head off the floor.
