E1

Cordless vacuum will not power on, display shows E1 or power indicator flashes once and stops.

Main Power Input / Battery Protection Fault

E2

Vacuum shuts off a few seconds after starting, E2 appears on the display or LED blinks twice repeatedly.

Overcurrent / Motor Overload Protection

E3

Brush roll stops spinning while suction continues, E3 appears on display or brush icon flashes.

Motorized Floor Brush Overload / Jam Protection

E4

Vacuum runs only on low power or shuts down when switching to MAX/Turbo mode, E4 displayed or four quick LED flashes.

Battery Overload / High Current Protection in Turbo Mode

Vacuum stops suddenly during use and will not restart until it cools, E5 appears or temperature icon flashes.
