Possible Causes

Hair or string wrapped around brush roll, Foreign object jammed in floor nozzle, Worn or stripped brush drive belt (if belt‑driven), Overheated brush motor in floor head

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery pack before working on the floor head.

  • Remove the floor head: Detach the motorized floor brush from the wand or main body.
  • Clear brush roll: Flip the head over. Use scissors to carefully cut away hair, threads, and fibers wrapped around the brush roll and end caps. Avoid cutting bristles.
  • Check for obstructions: Inspect the suction channel and side airways of the floor head for toys, stones, or other debris. Remove anything found.
  • Inspect brush roll and belt: If your OKP model has a removable brush roll, unlock the end cap and pull the roll out. Check that the drive belt (if present) is intact and tight. Replace the belt if it is broken, stretched, or melted.
  • Let motor cool: If the head feels hot, allow it to cool for 20–30 minutes before testing again.
  • Reassemble and test: Refit the brush roll and floor head, reinstall the battery, and test on low power. If E3 returns immediately and the brush still does not spin, the motorized floor brush assembly (internal brush motor/PCB) likely needs replacement.
