Possible Causes
Damaged electrical contacts between wand and floor head, Broken wiring inside extension wand, Failed brush head PCB, Shorted brush motor
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and disconnect the floor head from the wand.
- Inspect contacts: Look at the metal pins on the end of the wand and on the floor head connector. Clean gently with a dry cloth and ensure none are bent or recessed.
- Test without wand (if possible): Some OKP models allow connecting the floor head directly to the main body. If it works directly but not through the wand, the wand wiring is faulty.
- Check for visible cable damage: Examine the wand for dents or kinks that may have damaged internal wiring.
- Try another head/wand: If available, test with a different OKP motorized head or wand to isolate the faulty component.
- If F5 persists with known‑good parts: The main control PCB may not be supplying power correctly to the brush circuit and will require professional service.
