Possible Causes
Clogged main suction path in floor head, Blocked extension wand or flexible hose, Severely clogged cyclonic dust bin and primary filter, Motor fan obstructed by debris
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery pack before clearing blockages.
- Check floor head: Remove the motorized floor brush from the wand. Look through the suction channel for clumps of hair, dust, or objects. Remove any obstructions by hand or with a non‑metal tool.
- Inspect wand and hose: Detach the extension wand and any flexible hose. Look through each section toward a light source. Push out blockages using a broom handle or similar blunt rod, taking care not to puncture the plastic.
- Empty dust bin: Open the dust container and empty it completely. Tap the sides gently to dislodge compacted dust.
- Clean filters: Remove the primary cyclone filter and HEPA/post‑motor filter (if equipped). Tap them gently over a trash can. If the manual allows, rinse washable filters with cold water only and let them dry completely (at least 24 hours) before reinstalling.
- Check motor air inlet: With the bin removed, inspect the motor inlet grill for lint or debris. Carefully remove any buildup.
- Test again: Reassemble, reinstall the battery, and run the vacuum on low power first. If E2 still appears with all paths clear, the main suction motor may be drawing excessive current and should be replaced by a technician.
