Possible Causes
Stuck or broken trigger switch, Damaged trigger microswitch on PCB, Loose trigger wiring harness, Liquid ingress around handle controls
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before inspecting the handle and trigger.
- Check trigger movement: Squeeze and release the trigger several times. It should move freely and spring back. If it feels stuck, inspect for dirt or debris around the trigger and clean with a dry cloth.
- Dry out moisture: If the vacuum was recently exposed to liquid, leave it in a warm, dry place for 24–48 hours with the battery removed.
- Inspect externally: Look for cracks or misalignment of the trigger that might prevent full actuation.
- If F1 remains: The internal trigger switch assembly or main control PCB is likely faulty. Replacement requires opening the handle and should be done by a technician.
