Possible Causes

Wi‑Fi module firmware error on main PCB, Weak or unstable home Wi‑Fi signal, Incorrect pairing procedure in OKP app, Internal Wi‑Fi antenna damage

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: This is a low‑voltage communication issue; no special electrical hazard, but do not open the main body.

  • Power cycle vacuum: Turn OFF the vacuum, remove the battery for 30 seconds, then reinstall and power ON.
  • Reset Wi‑Fi module: Follow the OKP manual to enter Wi‑Fi reset mode (usually holding a specific button for several seconds until the Wi‑Fi icon flashes). Clear the device from the OKP app and re‑add it.
  • Check router: Ensure your router is broadcasting 2.4 GHz (not 5 GHz only) and that the signal is strong where you pair the vacuum.
  • Move closer to router: Perform pairing within a few meters of the router to avoid signal drops.
  • If E6 persists: The main control PCB with Wi‑Fi module may be faulty. Replacement requires disassembly of the main body and should be done by a qualified technician.
