Possible Causes
Battery cell wear from many charge cycles, Long‑term storage at full or empty charge, High‑temperature charging environment, Internal cell imbalance
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before inspection.
- Fully charge battery: Charge the battery until the charger indicates full. Then immediately test runtime on low power and compare to the user manual specification.
- Try lower power mode: If runtime is acceptable on low but very short on MAX, the battery is weak but the vacuum is otherwise functional.
- Inspect battery for swelling: If the pack appears swollen or deformed, stop using it immediately and replace it.
- Replace battery: When runtime is significantly reduced, install a new OKP lithium‑ion battery pack. Dispose of the old pack properly.
