How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before cleaning contacts.
- Use original OKP battery: Ensure you are using a genuine OKP battery pack designed for your specific cordless model.
- Clean contacts: Gently clean all battery and handle contacts with a dry cloth. Do not use solvents or abrasives.
- Reseat battery firmly: Insert the battery until it clicks. Try powering on while applying slight upward pressure to confirm good contact.
- Test with another battery: If possible, borrow a known‑good OKP battery of the same type. If F2 disappears, your original battery’s ID circuit is faulty.
- If F2 persists with multiple batteries: The main control PCB may not be reading the battery ID correctly and will need professional replacement.
