LED lights on the floor head do not turn on, but the brush and suction work normally.

Safety first: Remove the battery before inspecting the floor head.

• Check connector: Inspect the electrical connector between the wand and floor head for bent or dirty pins. Clean gently with a dry cloth.
• Verify brush operation: If the brush spins normally, power is reaching the head and the issue is isolated to the LED circuit.
• Inspect for damage: Look for cracks or impact damage on the front of the head where the LEDs are located.
• Replace head if needed: The LED strip and driver are usually integrated. Replace the entire motorized floor brush assembly if LED lighting is required.
