• Clean brush roll thoroughly: Remove all hair and fibers from the brush roll and end caps.
• Inspect brush roll: Check for missing bristles, warping, or a bent shaft. If the roll is not straight, replace the brush roll assembly.
• Check end caps: Ensure end caps rotate smoothly. If they feel rough or loose, replace the brush roll.
• Test again: Reassemble and test. If vibration persists, replace the entire motorized floor brush assembly.
