Vacuum will not stand securely in the wall mount or charging dock; may not charge reliably.

Safety first: Unplug the charging dock from the wall before adjustment.

• Check mounting: Ensure the wall mount or dock is installed level and at the correct height per the OKP manual.
• Inspect contacts: Look for bent or recessed charging pins on the dock and vacuum. Gently straighten slightly bent pins with non‑metallic tools.
• Verify latch engagement: Make sure the vacuum clicks into place on the dock. If the latch is broken, replace the wall mount / docking bracket or the handle housing as needed.
• Test charging: After adjustment, plug the dock back in and confirm the charging indicator lights correctly.
