Visible dust escapes from around the dust bin or filter area during use.

Safety first: Remove the battery before opening the dust bin.

• Empty bin: Do not operate the vacuum with the bin over the maximum fill line. Empty and clean the bin.
• Inspect gaskets: Check the rubber gasket around the bin lid and where the bin meets the main body. Replace the dust bin gasket if torn or flattened.
• Check filter seating: Ensure the HEPA and pre‑motor filters are installed correctly and fully seated. Replace damaged filters.
• Look for cracks: If the bin or housing is cracked, replace the dust bin and cyclone assembly.
