Charging LED on vacuum or charger blinks but battery does not charge

Safety: Unplug the charger before cleaning contacts. Do not attempt to open the battery pack.

• Clean contacts: Use a dry cloth or isopropyl alcohol to clean the metal contacts on both the charger and battery.
• Try another outlet: Ensure the charger is plugged into a working mains outlet.
• Test another battery: If another Parkside battery charges normally, the original battery is likely faulty.
• Test another charger: If possible, try a different compatible Parkside charger. Replace the charger if it fails with multiple batteries.
• Replace battery: If the battery will not accept charge on a known‑good charger, replace the battery pack.
