E10 error when attaching motorized accessories (mini turbo brush, floor head)

Safety: Remove the battery and disconnect all accessories.

• Test main unit alone: Run the vacuum with no powered accessories attached. If it runs normally, the fault is in the accessory or accessory port.
• Try different accessory: Attach another powered Parkside accessory (if available). If only one accessory triggers E10, that accessory is defective.
• Inspect connector: Check the electrical contacts on both the accessory and the main body for bent pins, corrosion, or melted plastic.
• Check for shorts: Look along the accessory neck for damaged wiring or crushed sections.
• Replace faulty accessory: If the accessory motor is seized or the wiring is damaged, replace the entire accessory head.
