Possible Causes
Blocked pressure sensor port in cyclone housing, Faulty differential pressure sensor on PCB, Severely clogged HEPA filter, Cracked cyclone body causing incorrect readings
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Remove the battery pack before cleaning internal parts.
- Empty bin: Detach and empty the dust container. Wipe the inside with a dry cloth.
- Clean filters: Remove pre‑motor and HEPA filters. Tap off dust and wash if allowed. Let them dry completely before reinstalling.
- Clear sensor port: Locate the small hole or channel in the cyclone/dust bin area that leads to the pressure sensor (often a small opening near the air path). Use a soft brush or compressed air (short bursts) to clear dust. Do not insert sharp objects.
- Inspect cyclone body: Check for cracks or deformed seals that could cause false airflow readings. Replace the cyclone/dust container if damaged.
- Sensor/PCB replacement: If E7 persists with clean filters and intact housing, the pressure sensor on the PCB may be defective and the PCB should be replaced.
