E8 error appears and vacuum stops after a few minutes of use

Safety: Remove the battery and allow the vacuum to cool fully before touching the motor area.

• Clean vents: Inspect all air intake and exhaust vents on the Parkside vacuum body. Use a soft brush or vacuum to remove lint and dust.
• Service filters: Clean or replace the pre‑motor and HEPA filters. Restricted airflow causes the motor to overheat.
• Check usage pattern: Avoid running continuously on turbo mode for extended periods in hot environments. Use lower power when possible.
• Listen for motor issues: If the motor sounds rough or emits a burning smell, it may be overheating internally and should be replaced.
• Thermistor/PCB fault: If the unit trips quickly even when cold and clean, the temperature sensor or its circuit on the PCB may be faulty, requiring PCB or motor assembly replacement.
