Parkside
Battery Voltage Sag Under Load
LED battery indicator shows full, but vacuum stops after a minute

Possible Causes
Aged Parkside battery cells, High internal resistance, Poor contact between cells and BMS, Corroded battery terminals
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Do not continue using a battery that becomes very hot or shows physical damage.
- Fully charge: Charge the battery until the charger indicates full.
- Runtime test: Run the vacuum continuously and time how long it operates before stopping. If it is far below specification, the battery is weak.
- Test another battery: Use a different Parkside battery of the same series. If runtime is normal, replace the weak battery.
- Clean contacts: Clean the battery and tool contacts with isopropyl alcohol to ensure low resistance connections.
