How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Remove the battery and detach the mini turbo brush.
- Clear jams: Open the mini brush housing and remove hair and debris from the brushroll and end bearings.
- Check connector: Inspect the electrical contacts on the mini brush and the main unit. Clean and ensure they are not bent.
- Spin test: Rotate the mini brushroll by hand. If stiff, replace the brushroll or the entire mini turbo head.
- Replace accessory: If the motor inside the mini head is weak or intermittent, replace the complete accessory.
