Vacuum leaves lines of debris and does not pick up well from carpets

Safety: Remove the battery and detach the floor head.

• Check brush rotation: Spin the brushroll by hand. It should rotate freely. If stiff, clean or replace the brushroll.
• Inspect bristles: If bristles are worn down or uneven, replace the brushroll to restore agitation.
• Clean suction channel: Remove the brushroll and clean the suction opening behind it. Remove any packed lint or hair.
• Adjust height (if available): Set the floor head to the correct height for your carpet type according to the manual.
