How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Remove the battery before opening the housing.
- Check battery fit: Ensure the battery locks firmly in place and does not move when the vacuum is shaken gently.
- Wiggle test: With the battery installed, gently move the handle and body while the vacuum is running. Note positions where it cuts out, then remove the battery and inspect those areas.
- Inspect wiring: Open the housing and check for loose connectors or wires, especially near swivels and hinges.
- Reseat connectors: Firmly press all plug‑in connectors on the main PCB and motor into place.
- Repair/replace harness: If a wire is broken or frayed, replace the wiring harness or have it professionally repaired.
