Possible Causes

Overfilled dust container, Blocked cyclone causing reverse airflow, Missing or damaged flap valve in Parkside floor head, Clogged nozzle channel

Safety: Remove the battery before cleaning.

Empty bin: Ensure the dust container is emptied before it reaches the maximum fill line.
Clean cyclone: Remove and clean the cyclone assembly to restore proper separation.
Inspect floor head: Check for a rubber flap or valve inside the nozzle. If torn or missing, replace the floor head or valve.
Clear nozzle: Remove any debris lodged near the nozzle opening that could be expelled when suction stops.
