Possible Causes

Battery not fully cycled, Software miscalculation of remaining capacity, Aging battery cells, Faulty fuel gauge IC in battery pack

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Use the vacuum in a safe area while performing calibration, as it may stop unexpectedly.

  • Step 1 – Full charge: Charge the vacuum until the indicator shows full, then leave it on the charger for 1–2 hours.
  • Step 2 – Full discharge: Run the vacuum continuously on normal mode until it stops by itself.
  • Step 3 – Repeat once: Perform one more full charge and discharge cycle to help recalibrate the gauge.
  • Step 4 – Evaluate: If the indicator remains inaccurate or runtime is still erratic, the battery pack may be aging or the gauge IC faulty. Replace the battery pack.
