How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery before cleaning. Do not use harsh chemicals on filters.
- Step 1 – Empty and wash bin: Remove the dust container and wash it with mild soap and water if allowed by the manual. Dry completely before reinstalling.
- Step 2 – Clean or replace filters: Tap out dust from filters. If washable, rinse with lukewarm water and let dry for 24 hours. Replace filters that remain smelly or discolored.
- Step 3 – Avoid moist debris: Do not vacuum wet materials. Use the vacuum only on dry dust and debris.
- Step 4 – Air out unit: Leave the vacuum without the bin and filters in a dry, ventilated area for several hours to dissipate odors.
