Cordless vacuum leaves fine dust on hard floors, especially along edges

Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum before changing or cleaning the nozzle.

• Step 1 – Use correct nozzle: Attach the Philips hard-floor or soft brush nozzle designed for smooth surfaces.
• Step 2 – Inspect edge strips: Check the soft rubber or felt strips at the front and sides of the nozzle. Replace the nozzle if strips are worn or missing.
• Step 3 – Clean intake slot: Remove debris from the front intake opening and side channels.
• Step 4 – Increase power: Use a higher power setting for heavier debris and move the nozzle slowly along edges.
